Billing questions
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used for AI-powered features like vocal removal, lyrics syncing, and transcription. A typical video uses about 8–12 credits, depending on the song's length and whether you upload it or paste a YouTube link. For subscribers: Queue exports are completely free. Standard gets 300 credits/month (valid for 30 days), Premium gets 600 credits/month (valid for 60 days).
What's the difference between Queue and Instant exports?
Queue Export: Free for all subscribers. Your video is processed in our queue and delivered when ready. Premium subscribers get priority processing. Instant Export: Skips the queue and starts rendering right away, using a few credits.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes! You can purchase credit packs without a subscription. Credits are valid for 1 year and can be used for all AI features and exports.
Do my credits expire?
Credit validity depends on how you got them. Signup credits are valid for 365 days. Standard subscription credits are valid for 30 days (reset each month). Premium subscription credits are valid for 60 days, giving you effectively one month of rollover. Purchased credit packs are valid for 1 year.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep any purchased credits (valid for 1 year), but lose access to free queue exports. Queue exports will use credits again. Concurrent exports reduce to 1.
