KaraFun has stopped selling KaraFun Studio, its karaoke editing software. It no longer gets updates, and KaraFun's support team no longer helps with it. KaraFun points people to KaraFun Online, a subscription for singing tracks from KaraFun's own catalogue, which isn't built for making karaoke from your own songs. If that's what you used Studio for, MyKaraoke Video does it in your browser, with AI doing the vocal removal and the lyric timing.

What you can do in MyKaraoke Video
- Take the vocals out with AI. Base or Pro isolation, and Pro splits lead and backing vocals.
- Sync lyrics automatically. Paste the lyrics or let the AI transcribe them, then fine-tune in the sync editor.
- Start from a YouTube link. Paste it on the create page and we pull the audio.
- Make duets. Give each singer their own colour.
- Add chords or a second language. Put chords above the lyrics, or show an AI translation under each line.
- Export for any screen. MP4 up to 1080p, MP3+G for karaoke machines on Premium (beta), and transparent backgrounds on Premium.
- Keep the stems. Instrumental and vocal downloads are free and never use credits.
