MyKaraoke Video Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Effective from: 7 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Qwixor LLC, which runs MyKaraoke Video (“MyKaraoke Video”, “we”, “us”). They apply to everyone in the MyKaraoke Video Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By joining or staying in the Program, you agree to them.
These terms replace all earlier versions. Commission you earned before the effective date is paid under the terms that applied at the time.
The main rules at a glance
| You can | You can’t |
|---|---|
| Earn 25% of every subscription payment from customers you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed | Bid on “MyKaraoke”, “My Karaoke Video” or any version of our name in Google Ads or any other paid search |
| Make videos, tutorials, reviews, blog posts and social posts about MyKaraoke Video | Put our name in ad headlines, ad text, domain names or social handles |
| Run paid ads on other keywords, as long as you tell us first | Pretend to be MyKaraoke Video, or make an ad or page that looks like ours |
| Use our name and logo to talk about the product honestly | Refer yourself, your household or your employer |
| Leave the Program whenever you want | Pay or reward people to sign up, or offer coupons we haven’t given you |
The full rules are below. If anything in the summary and the full rules differs, the full rules apply.
1. Joining the Program
1.1 You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
1.2 The information you give us when you join, including your name, email address and payout details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
1.3 One affiliate account per person or company. If a company joins, the company is responsible for everyone who promotes MyKaraoke Video on its behalf.
1.4 We can approve or decline any application, and we can remove anyone from the Program as set out in sections 11 and 12.
2. Definitions
Brand Terms means “MyKaraoke”, “MyKaraoke Video”, “My Karaoke Video”, “MyKaraokeVideo”, “mykaraoke.video”, “app.mykaraoke.video”, and any misspelling, spacing, abbreviation or variation of them, in any language, used alone or together with other words (for example “mykaraoke login”, “my karaoke video pricing”, “mykaroke app”).
Paid Search means any advertising where ads are shown in response to what someone searches for. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Apple Search Ads, YouTube search ads, and any similar platform.
Referred Customer means a person who creates a new MyKaraoke Video account through your affiliate link, as set out in section 3.
Your Promoters means anyone who promotes MyKaraoke Video for you or on your behalf, including employees, contractors and agencies that run ad accounts for you.
3. How referrals are tracked
3.1 Your affiliate link looks like https://app.mykaraoke.video/login?via=yourcode. Only links in this format, issued to you through the Program, are tracked.
3.2 New accounts only. A referral counts when someone clicks your link and then creates a new MyKaraoke Video account within 60 days of that click. People who already had a MyKaraoke Video account before clicking your link are never Referred Customers, even if they click your link later and then pay.
3.3 If someone clicks more than one affiliate’s link, the referral goes to the affiliate whose link was used to create the account.
3.4 Our tracking records are final. We can’t credit referrals that our system didn’t record, for example because the person blocked cookies, switched devices or didn’t use your link.
4. Commission
4.1 You earn 25% of every subscription payment a Referred Customer makes to us, including their first payment, renewals and upgrades, for as long as they stay a paying subscriber and you stay in the Program in good standing.
4.2 Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive, excluding any sales tax or VAT.
4.3 If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If we have already paid that commission, we deduct it from your next payouts.
4.4 You earn no commission on:
- referrals that break these terms;
- credit top-ups and other one-off purchases that are not part of a subscription;
- self-referrals (section 9);
- accounts that existed before your link was clicked (section 3.2);
- payments made after your participation in the Program ends (section 12).
5. Payouts
5.1 We pay commission on a Net-30 basis: commission earned in one calendar month is paid 30 days after that month ends.
5.2 We pay by PayPal. The minimum payout is $10. If your balance is below $10, it carries over to the next month.
5.3 You are responsible for giving us correct PayPal details. We are not responsible for payments sent to the details you gave us.
5.4 If we have reason to think a referral or a payout breaks these terms, we can hold the affected commission for up to 60 days while we review it. We will tell you when we do this.
5.5 You are responsible for any taxes on the commission you receive.
6. Paid search and advertising
6.1 No bidding on our name. You and Your Promoters must not bid on Brand Terms as keywords in any Paid Search, in any country.
6.2 Negative keywords. If you run Paid Search campaigns that use broad match, phrase match or any automated targeting that could show your ads for Brand Terms, you must add the Brand Terms as negative keywords in those campaigns.
6.3 No Brand Terms in ads. You must not use Brand Terms in ad headlines, ad descriptions, display URLs, sitelinks, ad extensions, or the name of an ad account.
6.4 Paid ads on other keywords are allowed, if you tell us first. Before you run any paid advertising that sends people to MyKaraoke Video, directly or through your own page, email us at support@mykaraoke.video with the platforms, the countries and the keywords or audiences you plan to target. Tell us again if any of these change significantly.
6.5 Search terms reports. If you run Paid Search, you must send us a search terms report (the list of searches your ads actually showed for) within 7 days of us asking.
6.6 No look-alike ads. Your ads must not look like they come from MyKaraoke Video or suggest that you are MyKaraoke Video.
6.7 You are responsible for Your Promoters following this section. A breach by Your Promoters counts as a breach by you.
7. Using our name and brand
7.1 While you are in the Program, you may use the name MyKaraoke Video and the logo and materials we provide, only to promote MyKaraoke Video honestly under these terms.
7.2 You must not use Brand Terms in domain names, subdomains, social media handles, channel names, page names, app names or email addresses, unless we have agreed in writing.
7.3 You must not pretend to be MyKaraoke Video or our support team, copy our website, or create pages that look like our login, sign-up or pricing pages.
7.4 You must not register, or try to register, any trademark, domain or account that includes Brand Terms.
8. Promoting honestly
8.1 Accurate claims. Prices, plans and features you mention must match what is on mykaraoke.video at the time. Don’t promise things we don’t offer.
8.2 Disclosure. You must clearly tell your audience that you earn a commission when they sign up through your link, as required by the rules where you and your audience live (for example the FTC guidelines in the US).
8.3 No spam. You must not promote MyKaraoke Video through unsolicited email, direct messages, comment spam or forum spam, and you must follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you.
8.4 No paid or rewarded sign-ups. You must not pay, reward or give anything of value to people for signing up or subscribing through your link (including cash, gifts, cashback, rebates or a share of your commission) without our written approval.
8.5 Coupons. You may only share discount codes we have given you. You must not list MyKaraoke Video on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or promote it through browser extensions, without our written approval.
8.6 No cookie stuffing. Your link may only be set by a person knowingly clicking it. You must not use hidden frames, pop-unders, automatic redirects, forced clicks, browser extensions, toolbars or any other method that sets your link without a real click.
8.7 Suitable places only. You must not promote MyKaraoke Video on sites or channels with illegal content, pirated music or software, adult content, or hate speech.
9. Self-referrals and fraud
9.1 You must not refer yourself, any account you own or control, anyone in your household, or the company you work for.
9.2 Fake accounts, stolen or borrowed payment methods, payments designed to be refunded or charged back, and any attempt to create commission that doesn’t come from a genuine new customer are fraud.
10. Monitoring and cooperation
10.1 We check how the Program is promoted, including search results, public ad libraries (such as the Google Ads Transparency Center) and our own analytics.
10.2 Within 7 days of us asking, you must give us: the sites and channels where you promote MyKaraoke Video, screenshots of your ads, the search terms reports in section 6.5, and the name of whoever runs your ad accounts.
11. If you break these terms
| Breach | What happens |
|---|---|
| Minor, for example a missing disclosure or an out-of-date price | We email you a warning and you have 7 days to fix it. We may cancel commission on referrals that came through the breach. |
| Serious: bidding on Brand Terms, Brand Terms in ads or domains, look-alike ads, impersonation, paid or rewarded sign-ups, unapproved coupon or cashback sites, cookie stuffing, not telling us about paid ads, or not cooperating under section 10 | Commission on referrals that came through the breach is cancelled. We can remove you from the Program straight away, and all your unpaid commission is forfeited. |
| Fraud or self-referral | We remove you from the Program straight away. All unpaid commission is forfeited, and we can recover commission already paid on fraudulent referrals. |
For a first serious breach that is fixed within 48 hours of our first notice, we may choose to give a warning instead of removal. This is our decision.
Referrals that come through a breach don’t earn commission, whether or not we remove you.
12. Leaving the Program
12.1 You can leave at any time by emailing support@mykaraoke.video.
12.2 We can end your participation at any time, for any reason, by emailing you.
12.3 When your participation ends:
- commission stops on payments made after the end date;
- we pay valid commission earned up to the end date at the next normal payout, unless it is forfeited under section 11;
- you must stop using your affiliate link, our name and our materials, and remove any ads that link to us.
13. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. For significant changes, including commission rates, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you stay in the Program after that date, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can leave under section 12.1.
14. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or partner, and you can’t make promises or agreements on our behalf. You are free to promote other products, and we are free to work with other affiliates.
15. Customer information
You may see limited information about your Referred Customers in your affiliate dashboard. You may only use it to check your commission. You must not contact our customers using it, share it, or use it for any other purpose.
16. Liability
16.1 We provide the Program as it is. We don’t promise that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
16.3 You will cover any loss, claim or cost we face because you or Your Promoters broke these terms or the law.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
